Preliminaries for Annual General Meeting

Formal Notice of the Association’s Annual General Meeting has been sent to all members.

Its to be held at 9am on Sunday 17th September 2017, to be followed by the Annual Regional Conference. The venue will again be Alexandra Park, Epsom.

Registration, cost $10 at the door, will open on the morning from 8.30… and after the Annual Meeting there’ll be a range of interesting content and speakers comprising the Conference with proceedings  due to close at 1.30.  

Nominations have been called for the offices of President, Vice President and Auckland Region’s  Representative on the Board of Royal Federation for the 2017-18 year and Council member for years 2017-19. Nominations close with the Association’s Registrar at 5pm on Friday 18th August.
