Long Service Recognised

The recent Regional Conference was an occasion to recognise long service by two members of the Association.  President of the Royal Federation, Graeme Kitto, and Auckland's  Regional Representative on the Board of the Royal Federation, Wallis Walker, were on hand to present Dr Philip Harkness with a Certificate of Appreciation for 50 years’ service as a J.P.

As well as J.P. duties, Philip is presently putting finishing touches to his book, soon to be published to help celebrate  Year of the J.P., an account of 200 years of J.P.s in New Zealand.

Suren Sharma, of Manukau City, also received a Certificate of Appreciation and was thanked by both President, Graeme Kitto, and Regional Representative, Wallis Walker, for his contribution over 30 years as a J.P.
